80 Days offers FREE shipping to all of its customers.

We endeavour to despatch all orders no later than the next working day following receipt and full payment of the order.

All New Zealand deliveries are offered as “track and trace” via either Courier Post or New Zealand Post. Delivery times are usually the following business day or the day after. However, they are subject to the conditions of these service providers, which can change due to unforeseen circumstances. While New Zealand deliveries are typically a next day service, Australian orders should allow 2 – 12 working days, and Rest of World purchases 7 – 20 business days, for delivery (depending on your country of residence).

Whilst we do everything within our power to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

Expected Delivery Time:

New Zealand: 1 – 3 Working Days
Australia: 2 – 12 Working Days
Rest of World: 7 – 20 Working Days

Returns

We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will happily exchange it for another item or issue you with credit to the value of your purchase. We accept returns for any reason so if you have changed your mind on a purchase that is not a problem. Credit for returned goods remains valid for 3 months.

As with other online stores no refunds are available.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Items to be returned were not purchased on a sale. Proof of purchase is required (Order number).
  • Items to be returned were purchased online.  If purchased from one of our stockists, the item should be returned to the store where they were purchased.
  • Items are returned within 10 working days of receipt.
  • Items wishing to be returned must not have been worn and must be returned unwashed, in brand new condition with all original labels intact.  80 Days shall be the sole judge of this.
  • Items may be returned if faulty at the time of receipt, before being worn.
  • 80 Days will inspect all items returned for exchange.  The decision as to the cause of fault or whether the item is in new condition remains at the sole discretion of 80 Days.
  • Postage of the both the returned and the replacement item are for your cost.  For reasons that we hope are obvious to customers, 80 Days’ free delivery policy only applies to the original purchase.
  • 80 Days are not liable for any loss or damage to garments when returned to us, thus we advise you use a tracked method when returning items.
